Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Christian competed at the Division I level as a wrestler for Gardner-Webb University, where he earned his degree in Finance and Economics. After graduation, Christian came to Miami to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he is currently in his third and final year of law school.
Christian began working for Barakat + Bossa the summer after his first year of law school. Since that time, he has gained membership to the International and Comparative Law Review, the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board, and the University of Miami School of Law Trial Team. He has won numerous student awards for oral and written advocacy, being awarded the Richard L. Lapidus Fellowship Award and the Deans Academic Excellence Award for Advanced Appellate Advocacy. Recently, Christian was also awarded a Best Advocate Award in a national trial competition, helping the University of Miami School of Law take first place.
Upon graduation, Christian plans to pursue a career in commercial litigation.
