Salvatore Castorina is the Operations Manager at Barakat + Bossa.
He is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional, with experience in Law and Human Resources. In 2016, he earned his Master’s Degree in Law at the University of Catania, in Italy, with a research thesis in Immigration by the European Union Law.
Whilst doing his university studies, he won an ‘international mobility’ grant and he did an internship in London, UK, as an HR Assistant Manager.
Back in Italy, and after finishing his studies, he received the permit to practice law by the ‘Catania Bar Association’ (Italy). Salvatore has gained remarkable experience, dealing with aspects of all the following branches:
• Corporate Law; • Banking Law; • Labor Law; • Administrative Law; • Contracts; • Criminal Law;
In 2017, he decided to pursue new university studies, within a selection of different courses, at the Economics university; this in order to be able to teach Law and Economics’ disciplines in Italy. In his spare time, Salvatore has been having great involvement in numerous national soccer matches, as a referee, (qualified as “National Soccer Referee”), presiding over games in Serie D, the 4th national division in Italian soccer, under the FIGC (Italian Soccer Game Federation).
Salvatore is fluent in Italian and English, and he has also conversational knowledge of Spanish.
